Application and Booth Booking 1.1 Vendors must complete and submit the official application form to participate in the event. 1.2 A non-refundable booking fee of RM500(Live cook booth) RM250 (Retail/Coffee&Dessert) is required to lock your booth. Payment confirms your participation in the event.
Payment Terms 2.1 Vendors must pay the remaining balance of the booth rental fee on or before 30th November 2024. Failure to settle the balance by this deadline will result in the forfeiture of the booth, and no refunds will be issued. 2.2 The cleaning and registration fee must also be paid in full along with the remaining balance by the deadline. 2.3 Late payments will not be accepted unless approved by the organizer in writing.
Cancellation Policy 3.1 Once the booking fee is paid, no refunds will be issued if the vendor cancels their participation. 3.2 Vendors who wish to cancel their participation may find a replacement to take over their booth, but they must inform and obtain approval from the organizer.
Vendor Obligations 4.1 Vendors must set up and operate their booth for the entire duration of the event. 4.2 Vendors are responsible for maintaining booth cleanliness and adhering to health and safety regulations. 4.3 Subletting or sharing booths is prohibited unless approved by the organizer.
Event Changes and Cancellation by Organizer 5.1 The organizer reserves the right to change the event date, location, or structure if necessary. Vendors will be informed promptly of any changes. 5.2 If the event is canceled by the organizer, vendors will be refunded the full booth fee.
Compliance and Liability 6.1 Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring their products comply with local laws and regulations. 6.2 The organizer will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the vendor’s property during the event. 6.3 Vendors must comply with all event rules and guidelines provided.
Breach of Terms 7.1 Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including the payment deadline, may result in the cancellation of your booth without refund.
Agreement By submitting your application and paying the booking fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
